Operating Guidelines
Our Inflatable’s are fantastic fun please adhere to this guide to help them stay that way. Your safety is extremely important. In order for you to get the most fun and enjoyment from our equipment please observe these simple guidelines. If there is anything you do notunderstand or are unsure of please do not hesitate to ask ourselves. Users will be excited when the inflatable is delivered and probably want to see what is going on, our staff are happy to let them watch but please ensure they maintain a safe distance while the castle is being inflated and deflated. As with all things accidents can happen, these steps will help reduce the risk.
Make sure users are aware of the anchor points on the side of the inflatable, also the electric blower at the rear of the inflatable, this runs constantly and maintains the inflation, this area has electric cables and the air intake for the inflatable blower please make sure nobody uses this area at any time.
Common sense will determine how many people of any one size can use the inflatable at one time. Do not allow the inflatable to become overcrowded.
Boxing glove hire (adults only), these are hired completely at the hirers own risk, head guards are provided for accidental contact, we strongly recommend head blows are avoided.
Strictly no adults, on the Children’s bouncy castles the maximum age limit for the Children’s bouncy castles are 12.
The cover if, provided for the inflatable is a shower cover for use in very light rain showers, the castle should not be used if it gets wet, it will be very slippy with only a small amount of water, it will be very dangerous!
Should the inflatable start to deflate for any reason evacuate the equipment carefully and slowly, most inflatable’s are designed to deflate slowly to enable people to get off before it deflates completely.
Although you should not have a problem here are some things to check if the inflatable starts to deflate if in doubt always contact your hirer.
Is the blower still operating? (Check electric supply)
Has something been sucked into or blocking the air intake of the blower? (Switch off at mains and remove obstruction.
Has the RCD circuit breaker tripped out? (Then reset)
Have the electrical connections come apart? (Switch off at mains and reconnect)
Has the air pipe become disconnected form the blower? (Switch off/Reconnect)
Has the inflatable become damaged (contact your hirer)
